Kiraitu Murungi

Kiraitu Murungi is a prominent Kenyan legal scholar, human rights advocate, and seasoned statesman whose political career spans more than thirty years. Murungi holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Nairobi, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Harvard Law School. Before entering public office, he co-founded a prominent law firm advocating for political prisoners and civil liberties during Kenya's single-party era.
